Pastan’s fully vegan menu will continue to change according to the season and will adapt in line with feedback from local customers. Dishes will incorporate exciting ingredients from the plant-based industry including leading brands such as ‘THIS’, Fable and Heura. Ibanez-Fawcett says that ultimately, “you shouldn’t have to compromise freshness or flavor when you eat food that respects the planet”.
So Pastan has partnered up with Carbon Free Diningan environmental initiative operated in partnership with Sustainably Run restaurants which gives restaurants and their diners the opportunity to mitigate the environmental impact of their meals by planting life-changing fruit trees in the developing world.
