Marcus Rashford led England in the country’s final pre-Euro 2020 warm-up game yesterday.
Rashford scored the winner with a penalty in a 1-0 win over Romania at Riverside Stadium.

He joined the ranks of United players to score for England after starting out as captain.
It is an impressive achievement for a striker who is only 23 years old and underscores the respect Southgate shows him.

Rashford’s out-of-the-field work to tackle child food poverty makes him a leader who has mobilized and united the nation more than any other recent politician.
He is a natural leader with the talent to be a fixture on this English team for many years to come.
Rashford is a role model for fans to look up to and should be on the table when it comes time for Kane to hand over the armband.
Of course, Rashford lived by responsibility yesterday and won the game for his team.
It shouldn’t be the last time he’ll lead his country out.
