Foodie Food, a modern concept aimed at engaging all foodies in central Manchester, has been opened to the public and is taking orders across the city.

Foodie Food, whose kitchen is just a stone’s throw from Manchester Piccadilly, caters for pizza and burger lovers alike, and has plenty of vegan options too, but not only vegan customers will be delighted as those with food allergies like gluten and dairy products will be able to will be able to find their favorites on the menu too; Gluten and dairy free pizza, vegan burgers, and gluten / dairy free buns, which means no one is left out!

The focus is on the Neapolitan pizzas from Foodie Food, which are made from hand-stretched dough with only the best ingredients.

The menu includes delicious Italian-style pizzas, which, along with many other toppings, also use popular San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella. Classic combinations like goat cheese, green pesto, red onions and basil as well as nduja, pepperoni picante and red onions complement the more modern pizzas like the grill, which is made from chicken, peppers and red onions on a smoky grill base.

Vegan options include vegan cheese for the vegan margarita and peppers, red onions, black olives, and mushrooms for the vegan foodie. Each of the pizza bases can be offered gluten-free!

The other half of the menu has an array of burgers, from the cheeseburger with mashed beef patties, American cheese, iceberg lettuce, red onion, and pickles with foodie burger sauce, to the buttermilk fried chicken burger with red cabbage salad.

Vegan options are made with Beyond Meat Smash patties alongside vegan cheese and a vegan version of the Foodie Burger Sauce.

Mac n ‘cheese bites, chicken wings in barbecue or buffalo sauce, piri piri fries, vegan nuggets and much more.

Garlic bread made with Foodie Food’s delicious pizza dough and made with or without Fior di Latte Mozzarella is also available. As with the main courses, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available.

Foodie Food has a personal touch. The co-founders Aaron and Stephen find themselves regularly in the foodie food kitchen and provide pizza, burgers and side dishes as well as preparation and shipping at the highest level.

While orders can easily be placed through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just East, the founders recommend ordering directly on the phone, in the Foodie Food app or on the website so that customers can access special offers that are not available on other platforms.

In addition, 10% of all orders that go direct to the company are donated to the local food bank.

Foodie Food’s menu has been developed and refined over several years, and there has never been a better time to bring such a diverse range of foods to market in the city. The Mancunians gathered in gardens and parks for drinks, lunches and dinners.
