“This is the biggest football club in the world and we apologize unreservedly for the unrest that has been caused over the past few days.
“We also know that we need to communicate better with you, our fans, because you will always be at the center of the club.”
An open answer to Joel Glazer
Dear Joel, Sorry not accepted.
You got it wrong because you just don’t get it. You will never.
Her family has been with Manchester United for 16 years and this “open letter” marks the first communication with fans since a 2005 interview.
Where’s the investment in Old Trafford, the net spend on improving the team and where are the trophies?
It’s too late now to make it up to you. Your apology was written due to public pressure.
If you really want to remedy the situation, sell the club to responsible owners who value and really understand what it means to be a football fan.
